Two Black females stole a pocketbook with credit cards in Northampton at 1:00 PM. They then went to Holyoke and used the stolen credit card to charge merchandise. The charges occurred within about an hour of the theft. This has been an on-going problem in our city. The two suspects were captured on surveillance video. I have attached the images.
