Our agency is attempting to identify two individuals using a stolen credit card at Sears and Kane shell on Southbridge Street, Auburn, Massachusetts. The victim’s purse was stolen while she was visiting St. John’s Cemetery in the city of Worcester. On 12/09/2004, a female attempted to purchase $2,222.93 worth of electronic merchandise. The female suspect produced a passport bearing the victims last name, “Battelle” but was denied the transaction. The male was captured using the victims credit card on CCTV at Kane Shell.
The female suspect is described as white female, reddish blond hair, 5’6”, weighting approximately 130 lbs. The male was described as being a white or a light skinned hispanic male, medium build, 5’10”, weighting approximately 190 lbs. The female was also captured on CCTV in the town’s of Framingham and Hudson using stolen credit cards from similar thefts.

The female suspect has been identified as, Nicole L. Santora, DOB: 09/03/1981 and the male suspect was identified as, Cesar A. Piedra, DOB: 01/10/1985. The suspects were identified through an investigation conducted by Detective Kevin Anderson of the Shrewsbury Police Department. Detective Anderson recognized the suspects from viewing them on Mass Most Wanted.
