Male entered bank handing teller a note demanding money. Male reportedly has some type of injury or defect of his left hand. Suspect fled scene on foot. If anyone has any information regarding suspects identity, please contact the Lowell Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
Detective Coughlin reports making an arrest in this bank robbery.
