Pictured white female passed false prescription at Hannaford Pharmacy. Fake prescription is from Compass Medical Bridgewater/Halifax and it has wrong phone number on it using Dr. Richard Weiner MD. Prescriptions have been passed in Wareham-Walmart & Rite Aid, Carver-Sedell's pharmacy. Patient names vary on prescriptions either Jennifer Ferry or Gary Olson Jr. Unknown female has a tattoo on her right bicep area.
